Regulate fees for high speed internet in areas where only one provider exists
In my city there a handful of cable internet providers but once I explore options in my particular area there is a perfect drop off of coverage of all other carriers but one. When there is no competition it is a monopoly. (Note: Satellite and ISDN are unacceptable high speed options to me, cable is the only acceptable option.) FCC should present coverage maps in urban areas by type of service. Where only one option exists, an FCC-determined affordable rate internet option should be offered for an adequate data transfer rate.
