Limit Commercials
I would like to see a ruling that would limit commercials to 10% of the air time. If it is a 1 hour show then you get 6 minutes of commercials.

For a long time, most network shows had TEN MINUTES of commercials per hour. This started increasing in the 1980s, and it's now closer to TWENTY MINUTES per hour.
