The Muscle Shoals area is and has been dominated by Comcast Cable for as long as I can remember. Costs are astronomical and only expected to climb, especially as municipal authorities seem to be in Big Communication's hip pocket.(Free cable goes a long way with these guys).

This area needs additional cable and high-speed competition to break up the monopoly and control consumer costs.
